## How is my data handled?

Statement content is used for the current conversion and download only. Keep your original PDF and downloaded Excel because the service has no file history.

PDFs, extracted transactions, and generated Excel files are used during the processing required for the current conversion and download only. They are not written to a persistent database, object storage, or file history, and are not kept for later download.

## What is temporarily stored in my browser?

Extracted results are temporarily stored in browser session storage for the current workflow. This is separate from server-side file history.

## Which account and billing data is retained?

Necessary account, quota and billing metadata is retained to operate the service. Manage your subscription in your account and PayPal.

Google Analytics and Pageview may process technical visit information. Bank statements, extracted transactions and Excel content are not sent to these analytics services.

## What should I know before converting?

These answers explain file requirements, quotas and conversion risks. Read the relevant answer and check your PDF before converting.

### Which statements are supported?

We are checking the converter against several electronic bank statement layouts. We will list banks and layout variants as we verify them.

### Why should I review the conversion result?

The converter keeps table headers and cell text where it can. Complex layouts, blurred text, or uneven columns can leave rows marked "DISCREPANCY" or "UNVERIFIABLE". Check the Excel file against the original PDF before you use it.

### How many pages can I convert each day?

Anonymous users can convert 1 page per day, and signed-in users can convert 5 pages per day. Monthly plans include 400 pages for Standard, 1,000 pages for Professional, and 4,000 pages for Enterprise.

### Can I convert scanned or encrypted PDFs?

Only electronic PDFs with extractable text are supported. Scanned and password-protected PDFs are not supported.

### Are my PDF, Excel file, or transactions saved?

The server does not keep PDFs, Excel files or transactions as persistent file history. The browser temporarily stores extracted results in session storage for the current workflow. Keep your original PDF and downloaded Excel yourself.

### What happens if conversion fails?

If conversion fails, the page shows an error and does not offer an invalid Excel file. Failed conversions do not use quota. Partial results use quota based on the PDF page count.
